If the remote server completes your search successfully, EndNote displays the number of references found. Click OK to retrieve all found references. If you would like to retrieve only a few of the found references, modify the starting and ending record numbers before starting the retrieval.
If you have previously downloaded references from an online database since opening the library, you may want to select the “Clear currently displayed results before retrieving records” check box. This removes the previously downloaded references from the Online Search group; they are still saved in your library.
